The Challenge

The CEO of a major record label was the bottleneck for every decision in the company. Projects, releases, agreements, and approvals all routed through one person with no system to capture, track, or delegate any of it. There was no single source of truth, no visibility across departments, and no infrastructure for the team to move without constant involvement from the top. The label needed an operating system, not just a dashboard.

My Solution

• Ran a live discovery session with the CEO to understand exactly how he thinks, works, and makes decisions — then built the system around his actual behaviour, not a template
• Built a personal executive layer: voice note capture, decisions and approvals workflow, daily project tracker surfacing only what mattered that day
• Built the full company layer on top: A&R pipeline, finance tracking, legal agreements database, release scheduling, and producer workflow — all relational and connected
• Designed each department's view so it fed into the CEO dashboard without requiring him to be in every conversation
• Documented the entire system with SOPs and operator guides for onboarding new team members

Results

• System adopted and expanded across all department leaders — not abandoned after handoff, which is the hardest outcome to achieve
• Became the label's primary operational infrastructure within weeks of delivery
• CEO no longer the bottleneck for day-to-day decisions — team can move independently with full context

The Challenge

Senior executives at the world's largest companies are drowning in information noise — cultural shifts, competitor moves, market developments, and internal decisions all happening simultaneously with no intelligent system filtering what actually matters for them specifically. The problem isn't access to data. It's that no tool exists that learns how a specific leader thinks, what they care about, and what they need to act on — and surfaces that intelligently every day.

My Solution

• Co-designed a three-layer personal intelligence architecture: automated scanning of relevant signals, a personalised decision filter built around how the specific executive thinks, and a recommended actions layer based on what the data shows
• Designed the full build blueprint for an AI monitoring agent covering market shifts, cultural trends, and competitive signals in real time
• Architected the signal categories, automated source pipeline, and daily delivery rhythm for a busy executive audience
• Built the product specification and offer structure from founding engagement through to scaled distribution
• Developed as a founding product engagement with a senior executive at a major global consumer goods company who serves as both anchor client and distribution partner

The Challenge

A major enterprise client needed a CEO-facing intelligence product that could make sense of complex financial, operational, and market data across a large multi-revenue-stream organisation. The leadership team was making high-stakes decisions without a unified view of their business — relying on fragmented reports, manual processes, and instinct rather than live, queryable intelligence. They needed a purpose-built SaaS product, not an off-the-shelf analytics tool.

My Solution

• Co-designed the full intelligence architecture — data layer, schema design, and CEO-facing application layer — in partnership with a specialist data infrastructure partner
• Authored the RFP response covering phased delivery model, technical architecture, and commercial structure
• Defined the product's three core modules: financial scenario modelling, occupancy and operational intelligence, and executive decision surfaces with natural language querying
• Designed the schema — the strategic layer that determines what information matters, how it should be structured, and what a leader needs to see to make better decisions
• Structured the partnership model so Day One Labs owns the client relationship and intelligence layer while the data partner handles technical infrastructure

Results

• RFP response drafted and phased delivery model agreed — Phase 0 scoped, Phase 1 defined
• Board presentation pending — project at advanced commercial stage
• Partnership and revenue structure formalised with technical partner
• Established Day One Labs' enterprise product architecture as a repeatable model for future enterprise engagements

The Challenge

Co-build a complete 8-week AI transformation programme from zero — not just the curriculum, but every operational system needed to sell, run, and scale it. No existing infrastructure, no template. The programme needed to close sales within days of launch and run across multiple cohorts without rebuilding anything each time.

My Solution

• Co-designed the full 8-week curriculum: learning objectives, session flows, weekly exercises, AI collaboration assignments, and identity framework
• Built the complete digital classroom infrastructure using Roam — integrated AI tools, session recordings, and student experience flows
• Created a multi-channel WhatsApp community architecture: hub, AI lab, wins, resources, and Q&A — all structured and documented
• Built a Notion CRM from scratch with 14 custom fields, 6 specialised views, and full multi-cohort pipeline management
• Wrote all onboarding copy, 3-part email sequence, pre-work assignments, and community introduction frameworks
• Produced a 20+ page operator guide with workflows, decision trees, and timing protocols for repeatable execution

Results

• First sale closed within 7 days of launch
• $210K pipeline built across multi-cohort programme
• 60+ leads managed across pipeline with zero technical delays
• Complete operational infrastructure — any operator can run the programme from the guide alone

The Challenge

Build a live, intelligent leadership assessment product from scratch — not a form or a quiz, but a real product with custom scoring logic, archetype assignment, and a premium output system. It needed to run automatically with zero manual input, produce intelligent results immediately on submission, and serve as the front door of an entire business ecosystem.

My Solution

• Engineered 80+ questions mapping to four leadership archetypes (Architect, Alchemist, Operator, Sovereign) — each question weighted and mapped to specific archetype dimensions
• Built custom scoring logic with conductor scores, fluidity indices, and archetype assignment — all running automatically on submission via Supabase
• Designed and built the premium Deep Dive report system — a detailed breakdown of archetype strengths, patterns, and operating principles
• Built the full custom-coded website from scratch — purpose-built product frontend with its own design language
• Architected the database schema and backend to handle real submissions, store results, and support future product features

Results

• Live product collecting real submissions — zero manual processing required
• Automatic archetype assignment and scoring on every submission
• Premium Deep Dive report system built and ready for monetisation
• Primary lead generation and conversion engine for the Day One Labs ecosystem
